WE CHOOSE TO SOURCE OUR TENCHA FROM AZUMA TEA FARM, A FAMILY TEA FARM OF 10 ACRES IN WAZUKA, KYOTO PREFECTURE, JAPAN. THE 3 CULTIVARS, SAMIDORI, ASAHI AND GOKOO DELIVER A PREMIUM MATCHA, WITH NO PESTICIDE AND NO CHEMICAL FERTILIZER. WE SUGGEST A MIX OF THESE THREE CULTIVARS BUT WE CAN ADAPT TO YOUR DEMAND AND SELL A MATCHA OF ONLY ONE OR TWO CULTIVARS.
